Today, I realized that I only have two eggs left in the refrigerator. I'm trying to decide if I want to use them to make tuna salad (for lunch tomorrow - 'cuz I have nada) or if I want to use them to make the chocolate chip cookies that I'm craving, but clearly, don't need.
Oooo, wait! I have egg beaters. Problem solved. Real eggs for tuna, fake eggs for cookies! I just love it when things work out!
Whatever you do, don't run to Kroger tonight. With the talk of bad weather, you know they will be out of milk, eggs and bread. And, don't forget to bring the cookies to work.
ReplyDeleteWell, my brother called me just as I leaving the gym last night and foiled my baking plans. Brothers are good for that, aren't they; pulling your pigtails and foiling plans. :-) Well, it was nice to see him AND I'll get to make cookies tonight, instead. Soooo....be prepared to help me eat them at work tomorrow!
